Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. While the grounds and common areas were beautifully maintained and offered great activities for families, the room experience was disappointing due to cleanliness issues and outdated amenities. The staff was helpful but the level of service varied, especially during a busy conference. Overall, it wasn't worth the price I paid, and I wouldn’t return again.
My stay at Hyatt Hill Country had its ups and downs. While I appreciated the clean and updated room I eventually received, my initial experience was marred by noise and an out-of-the-way location. The service was generally good, especially after some hiccups, and the location is a decent drive from local attractions. The dining had its highlights but also notable misses, and the overall value is a bit mixed given the inconsistencies in experiences.
This resort is perfect for families, with a plethora of activities for kids to enjoy, from sandy beaches to swimming amenities. My room was spacious and had a lovely view, although the noise from the stairway could be quite disruptive at times. Dining options were varied and family-friendly, but the cost was slightly higher than expected. Overall, it’s a great spot for families seeking fun and relaxation, but noise levels in certain rooms could be improved.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the grounds and common areas were beautiful and well-maintained, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with noticeable dirt and hair in the bathroom. The spa was a highlight, offering fantastic services, but overall, I felt the price didn’t match the quality of the room. It’s a family-friendly place with lots of activities, but I wouldn't rush back for an overnight stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the amenities are great for families and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, my overall stay was marred by a disappointing dining experience and some issues with service. The location is convenient, especially if you're visiting nearby attractions, but be cautious about dining options.
